MEKA vacuum cleaners for oil and chips can suction processing residues of oils mixed with chips, separate them internally by sifting them through grates and sieves, and allow for safe disposal while recuperating the clean oil. Thanks to various liquid discharge systems available in the range, the oil or emulsion filtered from solid residues can be recuperated to then reuse in a new work cycle.
The chips filtered inside the metal grates and polypropylene filters can also be disposed of easily and safely.
The collection systems are able to contain between 100 and 600 litres of liquid and between 40 and 70 litres of chips and solids, with the option of simultaneous vacuum and discharge to work quickly and efficiently.
